By accessing and using the Hopisla platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

Hopisla is a marketplace connecting travelers with sea transportation operators in the Philippines. We facilitate discovery and booking of sea routes but do not operate any vessels ourselves.

3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings made through Hopisla are subject to confirmation by the boat operator. Payment arrangements are made directly between the traveler and the operator. Hopisla does not process payments at this time.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding sea travel.

5. Limitation of Liability

Full terms to be provided. Hopisla acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for the services provided by boat operators.
